"You're simply glowing, darling!" We use this phrase to describe someone who is filled with overflowing happiness, typically a bride or a pregnant woman. When something big and exciting happens to us, we just can't seem to contain the excitement and it shows. People around you notice that you're radiating and they want to know what it is that's causing you so much joy.
When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with the two tablets of the covenant law in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord.

How cool is that? Moses met with the Lord and when he returned to the Israelites, they noticed that his face was literally radiating... he was glowing! As I read this scripture this morning I thought, "I want that!" and God lovingly reminded me that I can have it. In the Old Testament, you couldn't just approach the throne of God and spend time with him. After Jesus and his sacrifice, all of our sins - past, present and future - are forgiven and we can humbly enter into his holy presence (1 John 1:7). I admit that I forget what a blessing it is that we have direct access to God 24/7 and that he longs to spend time with us.
I want to lead a radiant life! I desire to be a woman who can't contain the excitement of all God has done and continues to do in her life. I pray that each morning I would wake up delighted to spend time with my Heavenly Father and that as I go through my day, others would notice a glow about me so I can share this amazing news.

My sweater cape is the perfect piece to throw on over an easy v-neck and jeans whenever the sun is out yet it's still a little bit chilly. I typically wear a long sleeve under it but as we transition into spring, I like the look of bare arms peaking through. (It also showcases arm candy a little better!)
