Pretty Prints

A few weekends ago I did a photo shoot collaboration with 3 very talented gals- Rebecca from Minted Bow, Sarah of ERBN Bridal & Styling, and Erica of Erica Goforth Photography. I have to say what a joy it is to work with other women who love Jesus! It was so encouraging to see how the Lord has blessed each one of us with different gifts and to be able to utilize them together in a way we are all passionate about (Romans 12:4-6). It's also always so nice to sit back and have someone else do your hair and makeup (like a day in the life of a Kardashian). Then I got to pose for pictures in some adorable outfits I wouldn't have picked out for myself (I typically don't go for prints) but totally fell in love with!

The Midnight Floral Maxi Skirt is a boho chic staple for the summer. I love the high waist and the way it flows and moves when you walk. There are actually black shorts underneath it which add a fun detail and the best part is it's under $50! I can see this skirt not only paired with a simple black or white crop top but also mixed with a striped tank top. Add a denim jacket and a wide brim hat if you're feeling extra cool!

The Rosa Dress is the epitome of a date night ensemble. The off the shoulder flutter sleeves and the pretty rose print make the perfect flirty combination. This is one of the few off the shoulder pieces I've worn that is actually comfortable and this dress is also under $50! The purple color has a grey tone which made my grey open toe booties a perfect addition. If you wanted to wear it as a day dress, it would be cute with a pair of clear jellies. (Style note: umbrella not necessary. Actual rain was involved in the shooting of these photos.)

For just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we, though many, form one body, and each member belongs to all the others. We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us.
-Romans 12:4-6
