Prints & Ponchos in Spring

Photography by Noah Berg

I can have fun mixing prints and patterns. Usually I'll wear one brightly printed piece and pair it with neutrals, not to overpower the hero piece in the outfit. In this look, I combined multiple neutral pattern pieces for an eclectic but casual look. I added a soft, blue clutch for a pop of color.

This amazing Black Textured Poncho from Never A Wallflower is the greatest piece to transition from winter to spring with. I remember the first time I saw the designer, Dana, wearing the poncho I flipped out over it! Although I am loving and soaking up this sunny, gorgeous weather, I know too well that we'll be having some snow, chilly, rainy days till June. While we welcome spring and summer we don't want to layer like we have been so grab a shawl, wrap or poncho like the one I'm wearing to throw over a look in case a quick breeze rolls in or an unexpected thunderstorm. In Colorado's case...snow flurries!
